Return & Refund Policy

At TeeDesign.lk, we provide professionally printed DTF (Direct to Film) print sheets that are custom-produced based on each customer’s order and specifications. Due to the customized and print-on-demand nature of our products, certain limitations apply to returns and refunds.

No Returns or Refunds on Printed Orders

All DTF print orders are final and non-refundable once printing has started.

We do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Refunds

for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Incorrect size or quantity selected by the customer

  • Color variation due to screen/display differences

  • Errors made by the customer during order placement

Each order is printed specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Exceptions (Eligible Cases)

We may consider a replacement or reprint only under the following circumstances:

  • The DTF print received is damaged during courier delivery

  • The printed product is defective due to a printing error

  • You received an item that does not match your confirmed order

❗ No refunds will be issued. Approved cases will be handled via replacement or reprint only.

Reporting an Issue

If you experience an eligible issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Before You Place an Order

Please ensure that you:

  • Carefully review product descriptions, sizes, and quantities

  • Understand that DTF prints are ready-to-press sheets (not T-shirts)

  • Contact us if you need clarification before placing your order

Courier Responsibility

Once the order is handed over to the courier service:

  • Delivery timelines depend on the courier provider

  • We are not responsible for delays beyond our control

  • Any visible courier damage must be reported immediately with proof
