Welcome to TeeDesign.lk. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our printed DTF (Direct to Film) products and services. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Products & Services

  • TeeDesign.lk provides professionally printed DTF print sheets based on customer selections.

  • All products are custom-printed on demand and delivered via courier.

  • We do not sell downloadable digital files unless clearly stated on a specific product page.

  • Product images, colors, and previews are for reference only. Minor variations may occur due to printing processes and screen differences.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment must be completed before printing begins.

  • Once an order is confirmed and sent for printing, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or technical issues.

3. Printing Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing sizes, quantities, and order details before checkout.

  • TeeDesign.lk is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect selections made by the customer.

  • Color differences may occur due to screen calibration and printing material limitations.

4. Delivery & Courier

  • Orders are shipped via third-party courier services.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier operations.

  • TeeDesign.lk is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Any visible courier damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom-printed nature of DTF products, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once printing has started.

  • Eligible issues (printing defects or incorrect items) may qualify for replacement or reprint only, subject to review.

  • Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, branding, designs, images, and text are the property of TeeDesign.lk.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

  • Printed DTF products are for end-use application only and do not grant resale rights of the original artwork unless explicitly stated.

7. Account Responsibility

If you create an account on our website:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

  • You accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

8. Website Availability

We aim to keep TeeDesign.lk accessible at all times. However, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed due to:

  • Maintenance or updates

  • Technical issues

  • Server or network interruptions

We are not liable for temporary unavailability of the website.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • All products and services are provided on an “as-is” basis.

  • TeeDesign.lk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
